At the recent Info-Tech Live 2025 conference, ICP CIO Kena Taylor joined a panel of healthcare and insurance CIOs to discuss the transformative role of AI in patient care. Kena spotlighted the ICP AI Care Coordinator that supplements care coordination resources to make hundreds of discharge follow-up calls each week.
As the only CIO using an AI solution to interact with patients, Kena fielded many questions from the audience and her panel peers.
“At ICP, AI isn’t a trend—it’s an important tool,” said Kena. “AI empowers us to reach more patients with positive results. We know there's more AI can do to help.”
